IF Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 26th

The 2012 IF annual meeting will be held at the White Oak Conference Center (the former IF Country Club) at 7603 Antoine on Thursday, January 26th. Sign in will begin at 6:30 pm and the meeting will begin at 7:30 pm.

Four director’s seats will be up for election at this meeting.
Late last week, a notice of this meeting as well as a pre printed ballot was sent to all IF property owners.

Due to a recent change in the Texas property code, IFCIA members can now vote by absentee ballot or they can give their proxy vote to the IFCIA secretary or another IF property owner. Please note that if you vote by absentee ballot for directors whose names are preprinted on the ballot and a write in candidate is nominated from the floor at the annual meeting, your absentee ballot will not be counted.

If you want to ensure that your vote is counted, it would be best for you to assign your vote to a proxy holder that will attend the annual meeting and let them know your voting preference. See Option 3 of the Assignment of Proxy/Absentee Ballot per the above link.
